Variations

Artwork Exhibited: Line, Brush, Form and Space

Washington Printmakers Gallery, Washington DC

March 31 – April 30, 2023

Variation as a building block has long been a tool for musicians and visual artists. In our April show of eight WPG artists, not only does each artist show "variation" within their mini-solo show, but the overall performance builds to something more significant than the individual units.

Photographers and printmakers work together. From Japanese woodcuts to monoprints of spring flowers; from mezzotints of forms in nature to photographs of stunning scenery; this show exemplifies the mastery of the artist’s medium.
